We advocate the use of local seasonal ingredients where you can. We prefer to use small high street traders if we can or farmers markets. See out links page for more information.
We are not opposed to supermarkets, naturally they offer the one stop shop for your weekly shopping. When we go to one we are always conscious of where the produce is coming from. Again we go for seasonal produce and always look for the Red Tractor symbol to make sure we are supporting British farmers and retailers.
